The picture is a bit to bleak I think, but there's indeed currently a divide in terms of HTTP/3 adoption. This is fairly aligned with the big players vs long tail creators divide. Hopefully this will get solved at some point.
Looks like there is still some work required on QUIC. There is a path forward though.
Clearly there's a silent transition going on. It's not necessarily bad that it's on-going without making too much noise.

Good reminder that firewalls need to be adjusted for proper HTTP/3 support.
Interesting stuff coming in that space, but at a very slow pace. This is unfortunate since it makes adoption slower too.
